Adventures in Painting

Today I decided that I was gonna get some work done. So I started working on this buffet and painted it like a similar one that I saw in the latest issue of Cottage Style Magazine. It went from a dark green to this gorgeous extremely light aqua blue color.

I also worked on this lovely little piece. Found it at a garage sale :)

And last but not least this little picture frame that I painted. I almost wanted to keep it.

New Shabby Buffet and French Style Lamps

So after working a couple of weeks on it and dealing with the rain, wind, and cold I was finally able to finish this gorgeous shabby buffet.

I also have these French Style lamps, they are so nice.

New things at the Cottage Charm

I took a couple of new items in today. One of them being this gorgeous buffet. It is from the 1920's. Has so much detail and it is so sturdy.

I also have this wrought iron beverage cart. It is so cute, you can either use it indoors or outdoors.

Things you can do with a little bit of paint

I bought this old military footlocker at a garage sale. It was hideous, but with a little white paint and some new legs a coffee table was born. Best part of all is that it has storage.

Christmas decorating

I purchased this glass cloche at an estate sale along with these vintage Christmas decorations. Looks great :)

This buffet looked so bad when I purchased it (on Craigslist), but it came out so beautiful.

I have a spot at the Cottage Charm in Murrieta

So after months of buying antiques and vintage items I decided that I needed a place other than Craigslist to sell them at. What better place to display my items than the Cottage Charm in Murrieta Ca. It's an awesome shop and my stuff looks so cute. Going to miss it when they sell :)
